Early Nursing Intervention on Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Head Injury Effect Analysis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate different methods of care on functional recovery in patients with traumatic brain injury effects of factors. Methods Randomly divided into two groups and the control group and the control group with routine care,the observation group were admitted to hospital the same day that early nursing intervention were compared treatment. Results At discharge in patients with functional groups,to observe the functional recovery was better than the control group group, Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer assessment of the difference was dominant ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The early nursing intervention help to promote neurological recovery in patients with traumatic brain injury,reduce patient disability,improving quality of life.
