Abstract

Abtract Based on the dilution method and 16S rDNA,the endophytic bacteria in sugarcane( Saccharum officinarum) stem were isolated and identified, which would provide important reference for the study of the diversity of sugarcane endophytic bacteria and interaction between endophytic bacteria and host. The result showed that 20 isolates obtained in this study were belonged to 6 groups( Actinobacteria,Alphaproteobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria,Betaproteobacteria,Firmicutes,Acidobacteriales),16 genus( Staphyococcus,Leifsonia,Kineococcus,Frondihabitans,Curtobacterium,Microbacterium,Amnibacterium,Methylobacterium,Rhizobium,Sphingomonas,Acidisoma,Stenotrophomonas,Enterobacter,Burholderia,Variovorax). The homology of most isolates was more than 98% except SC-4 and SC-11,which was only 97% and 96% respectively. It was indicated that sugarcane stem was high diversity of endophytic bacteria to some extent.
