Application of Self-care Theory of Orem Total Hip Replacement Patients in Nursing Instruction

Objective:To observe the effect of Orem self-care theory on the patients after total hip replacement.Methods: 79 cases patients after total hip replacement into were randomly divided into the observation group(39 cases),which received.Orem self-care,and comparison group(40 cases),which received general care.Self-care ability and complications of the 2 groups patients were observed. Results:The complications of the 2 groups weren't significance(P0.05),Howerer,and self-care ability was improved(P0.01).compared with patients of the observe group.Conclusions:The application of Orem self-care on patients after total hip replacement can promote selfcare ability and rehabiliation early,meanwhile as well promote life level of the patients.
