Abstract
We put forward a model of qulaity function deployment(QFD) on base of analyzing QFD.QFD uses a systematical approach to create quality design by deploying the voice of customers at each phase of product planning, design, manufacturing and marketing.The model uses input and output information in almost part of House of Quality (HOQ) and judges product validity of every criteria unit,which aims at helping product development team make decision effectively to maximize customer satisfaction with limited resources. A case shows that this model is reasonable and effective.
