Coal Mine Enterprise Integration Based on Strategic Alliance

Abstract

In the view of enterprise ability, the relationship between the coal mine and the related enterprises was analyzed. Aiming at the competitive world market as well as the dynamic requirement, the coal mine enterprise integration strategy as well as the Enterprise Strategic Alliance were proposed for the product providing service business pattern. The modeling method of the Enterprise Strategic Alliance was proposed, including relationship view model, information view model and business process view model. The idea of Enterprise Strategic Alliance is useful for enterprise integration.
