Abstract
This paper discusses that the important role of tanks playing on the battlefield, introduces the characteristics of long rod penetrators and armor-piercing damage.According to the mature theory and technology of the tank explosive reactive armor protection and active-passive protection, this paper put forwards a theoretical model of the initiative prevention to high-speed long rod penetrators.Based on shaped charge theory, large cone angle wedged liner formed the high-speed projectile to attack long rod penetrator sideways, which changes its flight stability even fractured it,and reducing the penetration capability,It plays a great significance in theory and practice of armor protection。
