The article discusses the process and characteristics about Regional Economic Integration in East Asia from the view of world economy regionalization.It holds that Regional Economic Integration in East Asia has the transformation Process from market-driven to policy-orientation,analyses the characteristics in the process of integration,such as Small States leading and Great Powers promoting,preferential market with Lagging behind system,obvious stages and leap,looseness and openness coexisting.At last,it points out that the model of Free Trade Area is the best choice for Regional Economic Integration in East Asia.
