Economic Growth's Efficiency Evaluation of the Construction Industry in Shaanxi Province

Abstract
The analysis of the efficiency of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province has a positive practical significance to promote the healthy development of construction industry in Shaanxi Province. From two major areas of the construction industry scale and construction effectiveness and efficiency,the paper establishes the efficiency evaluation index system of economic growth in the construction industry in which the level of scale is input indicator and building effectiveness and efficiency is output indicator. Based on 10 years data of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province which released by China Bureau of Statistics,it constructs the evaluation model of economic increasing efficiency in the construction industry in Shaanxi Province. In the end,through the analysis of validity of the results and returns to scale,input-output effectiveness,the paper obtains the comprehensive evaluation results of economic growth efficiency in the construction industry in Shaanxi Province and points out the future health development trend of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province.
