Abstract

Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis of immunophenotype of bone marrow cells from patients with myelodysplastic syndromes and aplastic anemia. Methods Selection of CD3,CD5,CD10,CD13,CD19,CD33 monoclonal antibody,23 patients with newly diagnosed untreated AA,19cases with MDS,and 50 cases with iron deficiency anemia(the control group),the bone marrow cell immunophenotypes were analyzed to find the antigen differentially expressed in different diseases with biotin-avidin enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,Results CD3 and CD5 antigen expression in the patients with AA was higher than the control group and patients with MDS(P0.05).CD10,CD13 and CD33 antigen expression in the patients with AA and control groups showed no differences.in the patients with MDS,CD13 and CD33 antigen expression were significantly higher,CD19 expression was significantly lower than the control group and the patients with AA(P0.05).CD3 expression in the patients with MDS and the control group showed no difference. Conclusion Analysis of bone marrow cell immunophenotype in differentiating MDS and AA is valuable.
