Exploration and Practice of International Professional Talents Training Mode for Civil Engineering

Abstract

Training objectives and capability requirement for internationally professional talents of civil engineering are proposed in order to meet the needs of international civil engineering projects,and internationally professional talents training mode for civil engineering are discussed.To train internationally professional talents for civil engineering projects,the following measures are adopted,namely optimizing curriculum system,updating teaching content,reform of teaching methods,strengthening the cultivation of students' innovative ability,strengthening the foreign language,improving the ability of students to use the laws and regulations,strengthening international humanities teaching and building new teaching management system,etc.
