Abstract
The building enterprises should not only estabish the production safety protection system,but also strengthen the ideology safety culture construction,create the safety management idea and safety culture phemenon and avoid the safety incipient faults and accidents. This paper represents the safety culture construction for the building enterprises from the concept,the significance,the content and the establishment,etc.
