The Defects of Emergency Plans in China and Its Perfection

Abstract

Emergency Plan is the basis of the emergency responses.Through analysis on one case and all kinds of emergency plans in our country,we can find out the defects of emergency plans.Firstly,the system of emergency plans is not complete.Secondly,the contents of emergency plans are very simple and without cooperation between agencies.Thirdly,the procedures of developing and revising emergency plans are deficient.We can learn from the experiences of England,the U.S and Canada,and improve the contents of our emergency plans,perfect the procedures of developing emergency plans and pay attention to the revision of the emergency plans.
