Abstract
This paper introduces the basic theory of wavelet analysis and wavelet packet, then labors the technologies of noise eliminating of signal with wavelet analysis and wavelet packet, and makes use of Matlab for simulation. At last,analyses and compares the effects and advantages of the both methods,and discusses the principle and measure of threshold selection. Through the results of analysis and simulation, we can deduce that wavelet analysis have the particular advantage in noise eliminating of signal and have wide application foreground.
