Probe on the Shareholders' Civil Liability of the Flaws Capital Contribution In Limited Liability Company

There are some blank spaces in Company Law,especially on the legislation of Limited Liability Company,such as the shareholders' civil liability of the flaws capital contribution and the equity lost.It is not good for the legal application in trial practice.The article focuses on the following questions and put forward some suggestions: how to judge the flaws capital contribution,what kind of civil liabilities the shareholders should be undertook,whether the shareholders that flaws capital contribution will lost their rights and so on.
