A New Understanding of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

The socialism with Chinese characteristics is different from the communism that Marx and Engels conceived,distinguished from the socialism that Lenin,Stalin founded and built,and distinct from the socialism that Mao zedong imagined,but has Chinese characteristics meanwhile.Its characteristics,based on China′s realities,are to stick to fundamental socialism and develop socialist democracy;to abandon pure socialism and develop non-public sectors of the economy;to realize a well-off society in an all-round way and set up a socialist harmonious society.
