Abstract
In the paper, the genesis of the authigenic minerals in Core SD03 from Jiulongjiang Estuary were analyzed in detail. Based on the analytical results, it was inferred that the estuarine region had experienced three kinds of sedimentary environment, that is, river deposit, lacustrine deposit and estuary-bay deposit since about 10ka,B.P..Ten assemblages of heavy minerals had been formed in the evolution process of sedimentary environment.
