Lapping can effectively increase the actual spiral bevel gears meshing accuracy and reduce vibration and noise in the transmission,so lapping of spiral bevel gear was widely adopted in production of bear of vehicle.Analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of research gear and discusses the main points of lapping process by studying on mechanism and the movement of spiral bevel gear lapping machine,
