Abstract

Provenance tests of 26-year-old Larix olgensis were conducted.The result shows that characters and variation of Larix olgensis in Jiagedaqi test area are stable and it can be early selected.There are significant differences in DBH,tree height,and volume growth among different provenances.Nine provenances can be divided into 5 provenance region:Ⅰ.Jixi provenance region;Ⅱ.Xiaobeihu provenance region(including Xiaobeihu,Dahailin provenance);Ⅲ.Baidaoshan provenance region(including Baidaoshan,Muling provenance);Ⅳ.Lushuihe provenance region(Lushuihe,Baihe provenance);Ⅴ.Tianqiaoling provenance region(including Tianqiaoling,Helong provenance).The effect of provenance selection is significant.The optimal provenance in Jiagedaqi test area is Jixi provenance whose altitude and equivalent latitude are low.Dahailin,Xiaobeihu provenance are also provenance to be selected.
