Some Memories of Building the Socialist Ecological Civilization——And Discussion of My Theory of the Marxist Ecological Civilization

This paper summarizes the theory of ecological civilization, founded by the author in the past several decades of academic career, which has developed in comprehensive and harmonious way with four major civilizations. In particular, the author put forward the new proposition of constructing the socialist ecological at the early stage in China's academic community, and has brought it into the theoretical framework of Marxist ecological concept and Marxist ecological economics. It demonstrates that the contemporary new form of Marxist ecological concept and reflects the historic track of the new ecological theory which has transformed from the academic Marxist view into the political Marxist view, in coordination with the theory of socialistic ecological by the author. So it profoundly clarifies that the building ecological civilization has been become the new concept of managing state affairs and written in the party congress report firstly by the Seventeen Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. This is the tremendous progress with the landmark significance.
