Comprehensive Evaluation of Liaoning Province on the Economic Sustainable Development Capacity

The paper sets up a Liaoning economy sustainable development ability evaluation index system based on characteristic of heavy chemical industry base,using linear comprehensive index method to give comprehensive evaluation of economic sustainable ability in 1996 to 2010.The evaluation results show that economic sustainable development ability continue enhancing,and all subsystem capability index appear generally increase trend,while by the time that economic subsystem index largely increase,resources subsystem index show fluctuant and slow growth trend,so Liaoning should seek how to make economic development with save energy and reduce pollution collaborative development in economic development structure led by heavy industry,so as to take a new industrialization road.
