Abstract
The maximum absorption wavelength and the optimal pH buffer solution in determination of soil phosphatase had been determined. The results showed that the buffer pH in the range of 8.0~10.0 colored fast, and the maximum absorption peak was 604 nm.The absorbance of the solution added the buffer(pH=9.0) was the maximum, and the molar absorptivity was 1.717 × 104 L/(mol·cm).The suggestion was that the optimal pH buffer solution was 9.0,and 604 nm was chosen in determination of soil phosphatase.
