Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of propofol total intravenous anesthesia and sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on lung function in patients.Method 496 operation patients was selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.continuous anesthesia with sevoflurane inhalation was used to the observation group,propofol infusion anesthesia maintained was given to the control group.The pulmonary function of two groups was checked before anesthesia and after waking.Results The serious adverse reactions were not caused in two groups.The pulmonary function in the observation group and the control group after waking compared with that before anesthesia,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); The forced vital capacity in the observation group after waking washigher than that in control group after waking,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The propofol total intravenous anesthesia and sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia may decrease the pulmonary function,but the latter declines moderately.
