Problems of urban sewage reutilization planning

Urban sewage reutilization is a good method for solving water shorfuge. The fact that urban sewage reutilization planning research has fallen behind reutilization technique, makes urban sewage reutilization research the urgent need. On this paper, the fundamental principles, ideas and contents of urban sewage reutilization planning are discussed in the first place. The problems of selecting the users,calculations of water flow,equations of inflow and outflow,and conflicts of urban sewage reutilization planning with built water distribution systems and sewerage systems are emphatically analyzed and the thoughts and methods on how the problems should be done are presented.
