Abstract

Bioactive peptides with special physiological roles are peptides derived from food proteins by means of enzymatic hydrolysis. The paper mainly introduces some bioactive peptides such as antihyper- tensive peptides, high fisher ratio oligo-peptides,casein phosphopeptides,immunopeptides,antioxi- dantive peptides and so on,which gain much concern in the world. The future of the bioactive peptides is also discussed.
