Abstract
Marxist philosophy dialectical materialism and historical materialism implicate the rich social development thought.They become the theoretical basis of the concept of scientific development The concept of scientific development is not simple reiteration to the theory taken form certain historical condition,but to make the social development thought of Marxism enrich and develop,and to be the concept of development of Marxism advancing with times.
