Abstract

This paper introduces the background of the Lean Production at first,then puts forward the concept of Lean Construction on the basis of theory of the Lean Production. By comparing Lean Construction with traditional construction method,it reflects that Lean Construction has some obvious advantages. At last, a few suggestions are brought up for practicing Lean Construction in China construction.
