Abstract
Grieg is a greatest composer of Norwegian national music.Piano Concerto in a Minor(Op.16) is one of his most important works.But the focus of the researches in China is mainly on Grieg's Lyric Opusculum and Peer Gynt.The researches on his concertos are obviously inadequate.According to the conventional structure,nationalized rhythm and harmony and,melody and texture with extremely rich individual character,this paper analyses the important features and styles in Grieg's Piano Concerto in a Minor.
