Construction of Accurate Three-dimensional Model of Involute Spur Gear

Abstract

Based on CAXA Manufacturing Engineer software platform,according to the parameters of involute equation and the involute spur gear forming principle,through the establishment of precise involute gear tooth profile,the three-dimensional accurate modeling of involute spur gears is realized.The method provides a basis for designing and processing involute spur gears.
