Thoughts on Developing Tourism Industry in West China

Abstract

By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of tourism environment in West China, this paper proposes the periodic goals for tourism development in West China where tourism industry will have a vast range of prospects. Therefore, the study of the ecological impact at scenic spots,the planning of landscape areas, the development of ecotourism or selfexperiencing products and the establishment of a reasonable price system for tourism products will play important roles in the development of tourism industry in west China.
