Abstract
The paper discusses high precision positioning and navigation by analyzing the structure and functions of vehicle navigation system. It further studies and implements map matching algorithm in the system based on GPS and Dead Reckoning, and not only overcomes shortcomings such as disconnection and invalidity of GPS,but also avoids the accumulation of navigation location calculation errors with time passing. Many field trials for principle prototypes are made and the experimental results show that the system can be steadily and reliably run on vehicle, providing geographic information searching and navigation function, and proves to be effective and feasible.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
