Abstract

The professional Development schools formed in America in the late of 1980s were considered as the innovative model of teachers' education.It went through three steps which were the vision and practice,the vigorous development and standardization.Practice has proved that it was the very important step in realizing the teachers' professional development.It also played an active role in promoting the professional development between the candidate teachers and inservice teachers.Meanwhile in our country,when we standard the educational training to the pre-service teachers,strengthen the interaction and relation between the pre-service teachers and the in-service teachers,encourage the primary and secondary schools to take an active part and cultivate the pre-service teachers,the professional development schools also have a profound inspiration.
