Abstract
The much lower quality of the countryside population is the chief factor to restrict the development of countryside economy.Found by demonstrating analysis,the much lower countryside human capital has a negative effect on the development of countryside economy.The fundamentality of socialistic new countryside construction is to improve the quality of the countryside population roundly,make long-term and enormous human capital investment of countryside,accelerate the continuable development of countryside economy.
