Abstract

The harmonious society is the aim of our Party,and full employment is one of the pillars for maintaining social harmony.Due to the influence of the population base and the population age structure,employment has become an urgent and practical social problem in China.Full employment is of great significance for realizing social justice,keeping social stability and thus insuring the safe operation and healthy development of society.At present,we must transfer all active factors to resolve the problem of employment.
