Abstract
In respect to the socialization and reform of rear service in colleges and universities, discussions are made on the shift of concepts. the regulation of reform speed and process, the change of mechanism and managing systems, the building of rear service group and the ways of scientific management with proposals put forward to settle the problems therein.
