Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application value of 64 slice volume CT hepatic enhanced multiphase scan and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 154 patients with pathologically proven hepatocellular carcinoma and of images of 64-slice volume CT enhancement multiphase scan, and then use the thin image data to do 3D reconstruction. Results 154 cases of liver cell carcinoma,(142 / 154) cases showed high density in the late arterial phase,(138 / 142) patients showed artery.(2 / 154) cases with density in portal venous phase,(152 / 154) cases were relatively low density in portal venous phase.(154 / 154) cases showed relatively low density in delayed phase.(32 / 154) cases showed portal vein tumor thrombus,(8 / 154) patients showed inferior vena cava tumor thrombus. Conclusion 64 slice volume CT liver multi phase enhanced scanning and 3D reconstruction not only can shows the enhanced scan features of hepatocellular carcinoma, but also improves the detection rate of hepatocellular carcinoma, and could intuitively display invasion situation of the hepatic artery and hepatic vein and portal vein, which makes them important in early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
