Benign and malignant breast lesions comparative analysis about ultrasound and mammography and the combination of the Both

Objective This paper discussed the benign and malignant breast lesions comparative analysis abou ultrasound and mammography and the combination of the both.Methods According to the BI-RADS classification o ultrasound,mammography,and both of the joint inspection.The 217 cases of benign and malignant breast lesions ir patients were divided according to grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ the tendency benign group,and divided according to grade Ⅳ-Ⅴ the tendency malignant group.Firstly it was analysed the correlation and consistency of ultrasound and mammography According to pathological results,it was compared three groups of sensitivity and specificity and consistency.Results Ultrasound and mammography have a good correlation and consistency.But the both on the positive rate was significantly.Paired comparison the three groups with pathological findings on the consistency,joint inspection was superior to ultrasound and mammography.On the sensitivity and specificity joint inspection was also superior tc ultrasound and mammography.Conclusion Joint inspection of ultrasound and mammography can improve the diseast diagnosis accuracy of benign and malignant breast.And when the both were inconsistencies,the ultrasound should be the main,and the mammography should be supplemented.
