Abstract
A new equipment preventive maintenance model is established to study the preventive maintenance strategy of degraded equipment based on the failure rate decay model.Considering the influence of the minor repair time for the preventive maintenance time,the concept of the integrity rate of equipment is introduced.By the constrains of the integrity rate of equipment within a single-cycle,an optimization model of the equipment was established to study the average maintenance cost per unit time in an update cycle to solve the lowest maintenance costs with the optimal preventive maintenance period and the optimal number of preventive maintenance.MATLAB software is used for the numerical verification.The verification results show that the model could find out the optimal preventive maintenance strategy under the different integrity rate of equipment.
