Abstract
Capacity requirements planning is an important subsystem in enterprise resource planning. It provides the assurance of capacity for production, and connects the production with planning. This paper firstly analyzes the current algorithm of capacity requirements planning in enterprise resource planning, finds out the existent problems of current algorithm of capacity requirements planning in flexible aspects and does a research on existent problems. It solves multi-route problem and presents lack of lead time planning aimed at the prob-lem of lack of lead time in the process of calculation.Capacity requirements planning can fit the requirements of mostly erterprises in China and have the better flexibility through this method.
