Abstract
Objective To analyse the effects of nutrition guidance, and provide the basis for health care during pregnancy. Methods 369 cases of pregnant women who were given pregnancy nutrition guide(observation group) and 369 cases of pregnant women who were not given nutritional guidance(control group) were retrospective analyzed, and compare the outcome of pregnancy with them. Results In control group, the weight gain during pregnancy too little or too much more than the observation group of pregnant women, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).The pregnancy-induced hypertension, abnormal glucose metabolism, macrosomia and low-weight infant are greater than the incidence of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Increase of body mass was closely related to pregnancy outcome, and in a certain extent guide of nutrition during pregnancy could improve the pregnancy outcome.
