Abstract
The differences between the original data of the highway construction quota caused by various influencing factors are analyzed,using the improved algorithm of the nonlinear principal component to analyze every influencing factor,and then being calculated with examples of influencing factors' interpretation to classify,which provides consultation in the procedures of the actual measurement process and certainty of the main factors.
