There are the hot issues about food safety causing attention of nation.The present situation and generating reasons in food safety of China are discussed.Therefore,there are some suggestions of putting forward that future food safety regulations and food safety legal system should be established;food safety regulatory system of the unified coordination and responsibilities clear should be set up and improve;perfecting our food safety risk assessment inspection system;improving the food safety standard system;improving the detection equipment;improving the ability of detection and a series of response measures to ensure the food safetyin our country,tomake people eatingrest assured food.
