Abstract
Exocrine pancreas,which contains many hydrolytic enzymes,has very important function in digestive process,so it has been one of the subjects to investigate digstion and metabolism.In this paper,we reviewed the secretion and regulation of exocrine pancreas in poultry studied in recent years.
