ANALYSIS ON THE RECENT SEISMIC ACTIVITY IN BOHAI SEA

Abstract

The Bohai area is one of the regions of main earthquake activity in eastern China.Not only were there a lot of strong earthquakes in the history,but also many small earthquakes happened in recent years.The recent earthquake activity in the three aspects of space,time and strength is analyzed in order to sum up the seismic activity's features.Then it can provide measures for the region's earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation.
