Abstract
Objective To study the significance of bcr/abl fusion gene expression in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in chronic myeloid leukemia(CML).Methodsbcr/abl fusion gene of bone marrow or peripheral blood samples from 8 cases with CML and 2 cases with ANLL were amlified by FQ-PCR.ResultsAll of the cases expression bcr/abl fusion gene out of 7 cases of chronic phase(CP) and 1 case of blast crisis(BC) with CML.2 cases with ANLL were bcr/abl fusion gene negative.ConclusionThere has important significance in the diagnosis, clinical typing, treatment and prognosis in CML using bcr/abl gene quantitative detecting technique.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
