Abstract

There is a close coevolationary relationship between plant and insects. This research chose \%Myzus persicae \% and nicotine as materials, and tested influence of nicotine on growth and development of \%Myzus persicae\%.The results showed that \%Myzus persicae\% can tolerate low density(01%)nicotine,while the high density nicotine(04%) has strong effect on \%Myzus persicae\%,and the effect will be reinforced with the increase of the nicotine density.
