Abstract
Changes in real estate prices are the results of many factors combined action. In recent years,various real estate policies have been promulgated by country to participating in macro-control. This article establishes the regression model of the Shanghai real estate price index from1997 to 2006,including the real estate policy as an influencing factor,and then catties on the multiple linear regression analysis to confirm the impacts of policy on the real estate price.
