Abstract
Objective: To establish a content assay method of forsythin in shuanghuanglian injection by HPLC, for the production and market surveillance. Methods: Chrornatographic condition was C18column; Acetonitrile-H2O(25:75) was set as follows. Results:The standard curve of forsythin were linear in the rang of 0.495μg-3.420μg,The regression equation:Y= 0. 02726×1.178×10-6(r= 0.9999) .The recovery were 100. 42%,RSD=1.09%, Conclusion:HPLC is simple, fast and accurate, and can be used to measure content and control quality for forsythin of Shuanghuanglian injection.
