Abstract

The technology of extraction and separation of polysaccharide fro m zizyphus jujube was studied. Based on this study a mature extraction process of polysaccharide was put forward. And the optimum deposited conditions were obtain ed by orthogonal test: the polysaqccharide was deposited with pure ethanol (the content of ethanol was up to 70% ) for 5h. With this technology the yield ratio of polysaccharide was up to 3.86% and the content of polysaccharide was up to 41% .
