Abstract

Objective To observe effects of analgesia with lornoxicam combined morphine on pulmonary function in patients after thoracotomy.Methods40 patients were randomly allocated to lornoxicam group(treatment group)and morphine group(control group). The parameters of pulmonary function in postoperative 24,48 and 72h between the two groups were compared.ResultsFVC%,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC were significantly higher in postoperative 24 and 48 h in the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).PaCO2 were significantly lower in postoperative 24 and 48h in the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).There were no significant group difference in PaO2 and P(A-a)O2(P0.05).ConclusionAnalgesia with lornoxicam combined morphine can improve pulmonary function in patient after thoracotomy.
