Abstract
Objective Clinical studies on using non-myddatic fundus camera for examination of the eye.Method 1825 cases used non-myddatic fundus camera and Ophthalmoscopy.Analysis the reliability using non-myddatic fundus camera for oculal fundus.Result 917 cases were found to have abnormal oculal fundus,The most abnormal were retinal arteriosclerosis 420 cases and were about 45.8%,The secondary abnormal were diabetic retinopathy 210 cases and were about 22.9%.The accordant rate of two methods were 99.8%.Conclusions Non-mydriatic fundus camera technique is a convenient and objective method to record abnormal retinal images.It is fit for examination of the eye and cardiovascularand cerebrovascular events risk factor prediction in aviation medicine.
